iPhone Screen Replacement in Canggu

From Rp 800,000 · Same-day on most models

A cracked or dead iPhone screen is the most common repair we do. Most are finished the same day, often while you wait, starting at Rp 800,000. Diagnosis is free, and you get a written quote before we touch anything.

01 What it costs

iPhone screen replacement starts at Rp 800,000 (around US$50). The final price depends on your model and on which type of display it uses — an older LCD iPhone sits at the bottom of that range, while a recent Pro Max with an OLED panel costs considerably more.

You get the exact price before we start. We diagnose the device free of charge, tell you what it needs and what it will cost, and you decide. If you'd rather not go ahead, that's fine — there's no fee for the diagnosis and no pressure.

Message us on WhatsApp with your model and we'll give you a firm figure, usually within a few minutes during opening hours.

02 How long it takes

Most iPhone screen replacements are completed the same day, and for common models we can often do it while you wait in the store. If you're on a tight schedule — a flight, a checkout time — tell us when you message and we'll be straight with you about whether we can make it.

The one thing that changes this is stock. We hold screens for common models, but a less usual model may need a part ordered in. We'll tell you that upfront rather than leaving your phone sitting on a bench.

03 Do you actually need a new screen?

Not every screen problem means a replacement. Bring your iPhone in and we'll tell you honestly. These usually do need a new display:

  • Cracked or shattered glass, even where the touch still works.
  • Areas of the screen that no longer respond to touch.
  • Vertical or horizontal lines across the display.
  • Black, white or discoloured patches that spread over time.
  • "Ghost touch" — the phone registering taps you didn't make.
  • A display that stays black although the phone still rings or vibrates.

And these often don't: a phone that won't turn on at all, a device that restarts by itself, or a screen that dims unpredictably. Those are frequently a battery, a charging port, or a board-level fault — replacing the screen wouldn't fix them, and we'd rather find that out during the free diagnosis than sell you a part you don't need.

04 Which screens we fit

We fit both OLED and LCD assemblies, matched to what your model originally used. As an independent repair business we source high-grade replacement components, and we are straightforward about what that means:

What we promise

  • The grade of part is stated on your quote before you agree
  • True Tone and auto-brightness preserved wherever the model allows
  • Factory-quality fit, with the seal properly re-bonded
  • 30-day warranty on parts and labour

What we won't do

  • Describe a part as manufacturer-original unless it is
  • Charge manufacturer-original prices for parts that aren't
  • Start work before you've seen and accepted the price
  • Fit a screen when the real fault is something else

On some recent iPhone models, iOS may display a service notification after any screen replacement carried out outside the manufacturer's own network. This is a software notice, not a fault, and it does not affect how the display works. We'll mention it before we start if it applies to your device.

05 Models we repair

We replace screens across the full iPhone range, from current models back to older LCD-era devices — including the iPhone 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12 and 11 families, the SE generations, and earlier models where parts remain available.

If your iPhone is old enough that screens are becoming scarce, we'll tell you what we can source and what it will cost before you commit. We also repair iPads, MacBooks, and other phone and laptop brands — see the full list of repairs.

06 Your warranty

Every screen replacement carries a 30-day warranty on parts and labour, written on your repair receipt. If the display we fitted fails, or the fault we were paid to fix comes back, we re-repair it free — parts and labour both.

The warranty covers our work, not new accidents: a fresh drop or new liquid damage after you collect the phone isn't covered. The full terms, including how to make a claim, are on our warranty policy page.

07 Before you bring it in

  1. Back up your iPhone if the screen still allows it. Any repair carries some risk to data, and we are not able to guarantee it.
  2. Know your passcode. We need to power the device up and test the new display properly before returning it to you.
  3. Turn off Find My if you can, or be ready to enter your Apple Account password when you collect.
  4. Message us first with your model if you want a price or want to check we have the screen in stock.

08 Common questions

How much is an iPhone screen replacement in Bali?

At our Canggu store, from Rp 800,000. The exact figure depends on your model and display type, and we confirm it after a free diagnosis, before any work starts.

Can you fix it while I wait?

For common models, usually yes. Message us with your model before you come and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a wait-in-store job or a same-day drop-off.

Will replacing the screen erase my data?

A screen replacement doesn't intentionally touch your data, but every repair carries some risk. Back up before you come if you can.

Does this affect my manufacturer's warranty?

It can. We are an independent repair provider, and a repair by an independent provider may void or affect any remaining manufacturer's warranty. If your iPhone is still covered, talk to us first and we'll give you a straight answer about your options.

Do you repair water-damaged iPhones too?

Yes — ultrasonic cleaning and component-level soldering, from Rp 500,000. Liquid damage is unpredictable, so that work is done on a best-effort basis and is not covered by the 30-day warranty. We explain this clearly before starting.
