iPhone Battery Replacement in Canggu

From Rp 450,000 · Most done in under an hour

A tired iPhone battery is the easiest thing we fix. Most replacements are done in under an hour while you wait, starting at Rp 450,000. Diagnosis is free, and you'll know the exact price before we open anything.

01 What it costs

iPhone battery replacement starts at Rp 450,000 (around US$28). The final figure depends on your model — older iPhones sit at the bottom of that range, recent Pro models higher, mostly because the cells themselves cost more.

Free diagnosis first. Battery symptoms and charging-port symptoms look almost identical from the outside. We check which it actually is before quoting you, at no charge — so you don't pay for a battery when the real fault is the port.

02 How long it takes

Most iPhone battery replacements take under an hour, and for common models you can wait in the store while we do it. Canggu is a short walk in most directions — get a coffee and come back.

The only thing that changes this is stock for less common models, which may need a cell ordered in. We'll tell you that when you message, not after you've made the trip.

03 Do you actually need a new battery?

These are the signs that usually mean the battery, not something else:

  • The phone shuts down suddenly, often at 20–40%, sometimes in cold air conditioning.
  • Charge drops in large jumps — 60% to 25% with nothing running.
  • It won't last a day of ordinary use when it used to.
  • iOS shows a battery health message about degraded capacity or performance management.
  • The phone gets noticeably hot doing very little.
  • The screen or back has started to lift — a swollen battery. Stop using it and bring it in.

A swollen battery is the one that can't wait. It's pressing on your screen and can damage it further, and a swollen lithium cell is a genuine safety risk. Don't charge it, don't press on it, and don't leave it in a hot car or in the sun. Bring it in.

These usually mean something else: a phone that won't charge at all, charges only at a certain cable angle, or dies instantly at 100%. Those point to the charging port or a board-level fault, and we'd find that during the free diagnosis.

04 Check your battery health first

You can see this yourself in about ten seconds: Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging.

  • Above 85% — the battery is generally healthy. If it's behaving badly, something else is likely wrong.
  • 80–85% — noticeable wear. Replacement is reasonable if the runtime bothers you.
  • Below 80% — worn. This is where shutdowns and rapid drain usually begin.

Screenshot that page and send it to us on WhatsApp with your model, and we can usually tell you what you need before you leave the house.

05 What we fit

We fit high-capacity compatible cells and reset the cycle count as part of the job. As an independent repair business we're straightforward about parts: the grade being fitted is stated on your quote before you agree to anything. We don't describe a part as manufacturer-original unless it is, and we don't charge original prices for parts that aren't.

On recent iPhone models, iOS may show a battery service message after any replacement carried out outside the manufacturer's own network, and battery health percentage may not report in the usual way. This is a software behaviour, not a fault, and it doesn't affect how the battery performs. We'll mention it before we start if it applies to your device.

06 Your warranty

Battery replacements carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labour, written on your repair receipt. If the cell we fitted proves defective, we replace it free — parts and labour both.

Normal battery wear over time isn't covered, and neither is new physical or liquid damage after you collect the phone. Full terms are on our warranty policy page.

07 Before you come in

  1. Back up your iPhone. A battery swap doesn't intentionally touch your data, but every repair carries some risk.
  2. Know your passcode — we need to power up and test before returning the phone.
  3. Send us your battery health screenshot and model on WhatsApp for a price before you travel.
  4. Don't charge a swollen battery on the way here.

08 Common questions

How much is an iPhone battery replacement in Bali?

From Rp 450,000 at our Canggu store, depending on model. Confirmed after a free diagnosis, before any work starts.

Can I wait while you do it?

Usually yes — most take under an hour. Message us with your model first so we can confirm we have the cell in stock.

Will I lose my data?

A battery replacement doesn't intentionally touch your data, but back up first if you can. We're not able to guarantee data on any repair.

My battery health says 100% but the phone still dies. Why?

That usually points away from the battery — often a charging port, a power-management fault, or software. Bring it in and we'll diagnose it free rather than guess.

Do you replace MacBook batteries too?

Yes. MacBook battery replacement is priced separately by model — see all repairs or message us for a quote.
